The Spirit's Ministration; 1.-And there shall come forth a shoot out of the stock of Jesse,; 2.-and a branch out of his roots shall bear fruit.; and the Spirit of Jehovah shall rest upon him,; 1.,2.-The Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding; 3.,4.-The Spirit of Counsel and Might; 5.,6.-The Spirit of Knowledge the Fear of and of Jehovah; for Messiah's Administration; and in the fear of Jehovah shall be his delight; 1.-and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes; 2.-neither decide after the hearing of his ears.; 3.-but with righteousness shall he judge the poor,; 4.-and decide with equity for the meek of the earth, 5.-and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth; 6.-and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.; 7.-and righteousness shall be the girdle of his waist,; 8.-and faithfulness the girdle of his loins.;
