How to Overcome Discouragement


Now we do have problems, but I want you to know that you can learn to be happy even when things aren't going well for you. You really can. And it's not going to happen overnight. But I have some things to share with you that I think if you will write them down and stick them on your mirror and return to them on a regular basis. They'll work. I promise you they'll work.

want to give you four principles that I think will be tremendously helpful to you if you'll practice them. Before I do, let me tell you that you're going to have to practice these things. These are principles that you're going to have to practice each day. But if you will do it, you will learn to get good at them and your life will become more peaceful and calm as a result.
