I just don't recruit missionaries because you don't have to recruit missionaries. Would you like to know what the call to missions is, from somebody who's lived under that call? The call to missions isn't something driving you. It's not something pulling you. It's something bubbling in you. There is a joy about serving Jesus that says, I want to be in the middle of it, where's the middle people who have that bubbling in them are going to find themselves right in the middle of what Jesus is doing, joying with Him, begging Him, begging Him to let them into the middle of it.
