Description

The School of Nursing received the airmail special delivery letter which granted "reasonable assurance" of accreditation by the Nation League for Nursing on Jan. 31, 1969. Accreditation for a baccalaureate program could not be achieved until students had completed or nearly completed the nursing program, so the target date for the review was 1971 when the first cohort with the BSN degree would graduate.
