25 x 19 cm., Two illustrations, one Colored Pens and the other Graphite Pencil . Both illustrations done on tracing paper. The pencil illustration is adhered with masking tape onto the top part of the colored pen illustration . The pencil illustration is a loose preliminary sketch of a Chinese man with Chinese style buildings and mountains in the background. The realistic color illustration is of a man in a white coat and fedora, sitting on a large ship anchor which is laying down on grassy ground.
Text on front side: This Chinese character is backwards-need to turn negatives over.; A cut out like this might be a nice variation.; Robt L. Ripley; 70; 71
