Living Honestly from the Heart
Description
Good morning again, and we want to turn our attention this morning to living honestly from the heart. Unfortunately, and always to our neglect, we do not live honestly with our heart. Now, of course, we can never succeed very well in living dishonestly, because the Bible says "Out of the heart do flow the issues of life." And so any attempt to live contrary to the heart obviously sets up a rather major tension. But before we can look exactly at that question of living honestly with the heart, we need to ask ourselves: what is the concept of the heart? What is the heart in the Bible?
