What I'd like to do is to cover some - I suggested to you that one way to exercise your mind is to expose yourself to ideas especially tapes and lectures and classes and reading and I gave you some tips that I have found very useful in learning to read and as an exercise and to read argumentatively, where you don't read simply to agree but you try to read with an open - you don't read all was critically either you read you know you kind of receive but also to keep an eye on what's going on.
