...And I believe this is what God wants me to talk to you about. And it's found in Romans 6:11 in the women's sessions. We have brought this chapter up quite a bit from 6:11 at home. That whole chapter in Romans 6 is so special that I'd like to have you read it on your own in your time of worship. I'm just going to skim over it. It says here that we should walk in newness in life, verse 4. Verse 5, that we have been united with Christ. Verse 6, "knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, that our old body of sin might be done away with that, we should no longer be slaves to sin." And we've been talking, especially in the girl sessions, about being enslaved and bound to sin. But here it says when you come to be with the Lord and you're new in Christ, in newness in Christ, united with Him, you're no longer slaves to sin.
