It seems like a significant world wide agenda of Christians is to help the poor, the unjustly treated and the down trodden. The Beatitudes have come around to being in primary focus again. How does one effectively help them? First and foremost win them to saving personal faith in Jesus Christ, our wonderful Lord and Savior. The, with strong conviction, and unbounded energy and resources, stand with them in their economic, social and political struggles. The 1989 Missionary Conference attempts to show how both efforts can go on at once and seeks our participation and support in the task of world wide ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
