...Preventing Missionary Dropout what we're talking about is people who go to the mission field with career intentions and then, for whatever reasons, leave and go back to where they came from and leave missionary work. And that can be a traumatic experience. It can be a very expensive proposition, and it happens many times when it doesn't have to happen. And I think there are some ways that we can prevent that. And so I'm going to speak to the topic not as if I'm speaking now to mission agencies and telling them how they can keep their missionaries from dropping out, but I'm speaking about that topic to you as potential missionaries things that you need to be having in mind now so that if and when you do go to the mission field, you will go and stay and have a profitable experience.
