Description

Patterned after NPR’s “The Moth” podcast, this is Biola’s first StorySlam event. StorySlam participants tell a real-life 5-minute story, something that has actually happened to them. Some of Biola’s best storytellers will be featured. Since the theme of this year’s Torrey Bible Conference is “WITH,” our storytellers will relay salient moments in their lives when they were especially aware of and touched by the presence of God. Don’t miss the opportunity to hear twelve unforgettable stories in one evening. Plans are also being made to offer a second StorySlam event, Spring 2014.

Our Incredible StorySlam Participants Include:

The evening will be introduced by Todd Pickett

  • Barry Corey
  • Ed Alvarez
  • Stewart Olesen
  • Melissa Schubert
  • Matthew Barrios
  • Dane Sanders
  • Tim Muehlhoff
  • Marla Campbell
  • Liana “Queen” Sims
  • Amber Smith
  • Aaron Adams
  • Mark Matthes
